A MESSAGE FROM OUR CEO
Dear Reader,
I am Fernando Fraga, Founder and CEO of Second Wings. I write this letter not primarily as a business consultant, but as someone who believes we have a moral obligation to combat one of the greatest injustices of our time: human trafficking and illegal migration networks.
The Problem We're Fighting Against
Every year, millions of people fall victim to human trafficking rings and illegal migration networks. Desperate for opportunity, they pay criminal organizations thousands of euros for false promises of work, residency, or a better life. Many endure exploitation, violence, and even death.
These networks thrive on desperation. They prey on those who see no legal pathway forward. They profit from human suffering.
At Second Wings, we refuse to accept this reality. We believe there is another way.
Our Core Mission: Providing a Legal Alternative
Our fundamental purpose is to offer a legitimate, transparent, and dignified alternative to illegal migration and trafficking networks. We show business people that there is a legal path — a safer path — a more honourable path to international opportunity.
This is not about facilitating shortcuts or bending rules. This is about demonstrating that legal migration through business creation is not only possible—it's preferable.
When someone chooses to work with us instead of paying a trafficker, they choose safety over danger, legality over criminality, dignity over exploitation.
Every client we support is one less person vulnerable to trafficking networks.
What We Absolutely Do NOT Do
Let me be unequivocally clear about what Second Wings does not do:
-
We do not sell visas or passports—because no one can legally do that. Anyone who promises otherwise is a criminal.
-
We do not facilitate illegal entry into any country. We do not help people bypass immigration controls. We do not create fraudulent documents.
-
We do not support ventures that exploit workers, harm communities, or operate outside the law.
-
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against any association with human trafficking, forced labour, or illegal migration schemes.
What We Do Instead
We help business people build legitimate companies that create real value, generate employment, and contribute to host economies. Through the creation of a genuine business, they gain legal grounds for business residency and, eventually, nationality.
Throughout this business development journey, we provide comprehensive support: adapting business models to European markets, identifying local opportunities, scouting operational locations, building teams, connecting with suppliers and partners, structuring companies correctly, accessing funding programmes, and navigating regulatory requirements.
This is migration through contribution, not exploitation.
Creating Bilateral Value
Our approach doesn't just protect individuals from trafficking—it creates genuine value for both countries involved.
Business people who establish legal European operations increase remittances to their home countries, create export channels for local products, facilitate technology and knowledge transfer, build trade corridors, and strengthen international relationships.
Their success benefits their families back home, their new communities, and the global economy. This is the opposite of what trafficking networks do—which destroy lives and communities for profit.
Working with Governments, Not Against Them
We are not here to circumvent immigration systems. We are here to support them.
We help authorities by ensuring that applications meet official criteria, documentation is complete and accurate, and business plans are credible and compliant. We facilitate communication between business people and public institutions.
To immigration authorities and government agencies: we are your allies in the fight against illegal migration and trafficking. Every legitimate business we help establish is a victory against criminal networks.
Why This Matters
Human trafficking is modern slavery. It is one of the most profitable criminal enterprises globally, generating billions in illicit revenue annually. It destroys families, fuels organized crime, and undermines legal immigration systems.
We cannot eliminate trafficking networks through enforcement alone. We must also eliminate the conditions that make people vulnerable to them—primarily, the lack of legal alternatives.
Second Wings exists to be that alternative. We exist to prove that legal pathways work. We exist to show that you don't need to risk your life or compromise your integrity to pursue international opportunity.
Our Commitment
We work exclusively with individuals committed to legality and ethical business practices. We conduct thorough due diligence on every project. We are selective about who we work with because our reputation—and our mission—depends on it.
We will never compromise on these principles, regardless of financial incentives.
Our Promise to You
If you're a business person seeking legitimate pathways to international expansion, we will provide expert guidance, rigorous preparation, and unwavering support—but only if you're committed to doing things legally and ethically.
If you're a government authority evaluating applications we've supported, know that every submission reflects our commitment to fighting illegal migration and trafficking through legal alternatives.
If you're someone who's been approached by organizations promising easy visas or guaranteed residency for a fee—walk away. They are criminals. There is a better way.
A Final Word
At Second Wings, offering legal alternatives to human trafficking and illegal migration isn't just part of our business model—it's the reason we exist.
We don't just build businesses. We protect lives. We offer dignity. We provide hope—the legal kind.
Sincerely,
Fernando Fraga
